Attention Retirement Savings Plans Participants:

On July 1, 2025, Voya Financial became the new recordkeeper for defined contribution plans administered by MSRS. While your retirement savings funds transferred to Voya, your account activity before July 1, 2025 did not. Account activity includes statements and documents, transaction history, and past performance information.

You can view and download account activity that occurred before July 1, 2025 in your Empower (prior recordkeeper) account until December 31, 2026.

How do I access my Empower account?

1. Login to your Account Online.

2. On the Home page, click one of your listed Savings Plans:

3. On the Account Selection screen, choose “Account activity that occurred prior to July 1, 2025”:

What information is in the Empower account?

In your Empower account, you can:

  • Download statements and documents.
  • View transaction history.
  • Review historical performance information.

You can view up to seven years of historical account information in your Empower account.
