Phone & Zoom appointments are available weekdays between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m.
In-person appointments in the St Paul office can be scheduled for 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. & 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
In-person appointments for Greater Minnesota offices can be scheduled from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Important! Offices are only open certain days of the week. See MSRS Office Locations for more detail.
Appointments to discuss or apply for your pension benefit must be scheduled at least one week in advance to allow staff time to prepare for the appointment.
